In the era of wireless connections and user-friendliness, even the Hi-End audio enthusiast will start looking for streaming possibilities. Already in 2009, Naim provided us with an all-in-one solution concerning enhancement, streaming, internet radio with the Uniti. A device that still had to convince many at the beginning, but in the meantime most understand that Naim was not combining incoherent features in this device. Naim Audio is an hi-fi manufacturer from Salisbury, United Kingdom. The official company Naim Audio was founded in 1973, but some years before that, founder Julian Vereker already started working with Naim Audio Visual. As a result of the then appalling professional recording quality, Vereker decided to start making his own amplifiers, with as the first sold model: the NAP160 in 1971.
In the eighties, the brand zeroed in on the Compact Disc and maintained this specialization in the following years. In the meantime, the brand still faces the market with an orientation on the future, and the British manufacturer agrees with most recent ideas, so user-friendliness is also included in the entire hi-fi business.
